Wat je gaat doen

As a junior production operator, you will help produce and package cheese using automated machines and robotics. You will start by learning how to safely operate and monitor the production line.Experienced operators will show you how to check product quality, adjust machine settings and respond when the process does not run as expected. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will perform more tasks independently.This position is suitable for someone who wants to develop technical skills and build a long-term career in production.

What will you do?

• Operate and monitor automated production and packaging lines.
• Check whether machines and production processes are running correctly.
• Perform quality checks on cheese products and packaging.
• Record production results and any deviations.
• Set up, adjust and change machine settings.
• Identify minor technical issues.
• Learn to solve simple malfunctions independently.
• Contact an experienced operator or the technical team for more complex problems.
• Follow all hygiene, food-safety and workplace-safety procedures.
• Keep the machinery and working area clean and organised.
• Suggest practical improvements to safety, quality or production.
  Working hoursYou will work in a fixed 3-shift schedule:
  • Morning shift: 07:00–15:00
  • Evening shift: 15:00–23:00, Friday until 22:30
  • Night shift: 23:00–07:00

Functie-eisen

You do not need previous operator experience. Motivation, accuracy and an interest in machinery are more important.

You also have:

• An interest in technology, machines or production.
• A motivated and willing-to-learn attitude.
• The ability to work accurately and follow instructions.
• Full-time availability for a 3-shift schedule.
• Basic Dutch or English language skills.
• A responsible and safety-conscious working style.
• The willingness to learn technical and production-related tasks.Experience in production, packaging, logistics, assembly or engineering is welcome, but not required.
