Main Tasks:

• Preparation of Cutting Material: Checking and preparing chrysanthemum cuttings received from Tanzania to ensure they are ready for further processing.
• Operation of Cutting Machines: Collaborating with machine operators to ensure that the cutting machines function efficiently and accurately. This involves placing cuttings into soil trays using advanced machinery.
• Quality Control: Inspecting the planted cuttings for quality and uniformity, making manual adjustments if necessary to meet quality standards.
• Maintenance and Reporting Issues: Identifying technical issues with machines and reporting them to the technical department for timely maintenance and repair.

• You have a good sense of responsibility and are focused on quality.
• You are willing to work flexible hours and during weekends according to a specific schedule.
• You are good at English; speaking Polish is a plus.
• This position is for 38 hours per week.

• Employment contract with Charlie works
• Base rate €14.40/hour gross + calculated on base hours: holiday allowance 8.33% and holiday days reserve 10.82%
