As a packaging operator, you will contribute to the efficient production of beloved candy brands in our modern factory in Breda. Your role is pivotal in ensuring production lines run smoothly, quality standards are upheld, and minor technical challenges are addressed. With your proactive mindset and technical insight, you’ll help maintain a safe and productive environment while having opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

You will be responsible for:

• Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
• Contribute to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.

• Salary between €3,500 and €3,700 per month.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role in a three-shift system.
• 25 vacation days
• 8% holiday allowance.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

• Weekly or 4-weekly payment. Your choice!

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented operator with a passion for technology and efficiency in a dynamic production environment.

• Experience as an operator, ideally in packaging processes.
• Interest in technology and process optimization.
• Accurate, physically active, and technically skilled.
• Full-time availability in a three-shift system.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English, with own transport.
