Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our flat glass production running smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating modern glass processing machines.
• Monitoring production quality throughout the process.
• Solving minor technical issues independently.
• Working together with maintenance colleagues when needed.
• Performing quality checks before products leave production.
• Helping improve safety and production efficiency.

• An hourly wage starting at €15.55 plus 23% shift allowance.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• 38.25 guaranteed hours per week in a 3-shift system.
• 8% holiday allowance to enhance your financial stability.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

You enjoy practical work and like being part of a team.

You also:

• Have experience in production or machine operation (preferred)
• Are willing to work in a 3-shift schedule
• Are physically fit and enjoy active work
• Speak basic Dutch, English or German
• Take responsibility for quality and safety
• Want to learn and develop yourself
