Wat je gaat doen

For our Scent department at IFF in Tilburg, we are looking for an upcoming operator to help create fragrance compounds. What makes this role unique is the constant variety in production, no two days are the same! Together with 24 dedicated colleagues, you will ensure a smooth and efficient production process. As an operator, you will work with a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale. Based on formulas, you’ll collect, weigh, and process a variety of raw materials - both powders and liquids - that are used in globally known products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Collecting raw materials using a mobile workstation according to production recipes Accurately weighing and handling ingredients (sometimes over 30 per batch)
• Mixing and preparing scent compounds for further processing 
• Operating and monitoring production equipment 
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe 
• Following strict quality and safety protocols 
• Actively collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient production

Work Schedule 5 shifts:

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Hourly wage: of €20,69 without shift allowence 
• 30% shift bonus on all hours worked
• 8% holiday allowance
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
• Working towards a contract directly at IFF in the future

Functie-eisen

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated operator ready to thrive in a dynamic 5-shift environment, contributing to the creation of world-class fragrance products.

• Proficient in Dutch and/or English (minimum level B2).
• At least 3 years of production or operator experience.
• Physically fit; able to handle up to 25 kg tasks.
• Comfortable working with fragrances and chemical substances.
• Willing to work in a 5-shift rotational system.
